Fulfillment/Shipping Policy

  1. Fulfillment: Once you complete a transaction on our site, you will be immediately notified by email concerning the fulfillment of your payment. In the event there were to be any issues with your transaction, you will also be notified concerning the matter. We encourage you to provide an email you check regularly because in addition to a fulfillment of payment notice, we will preserve your email to send you future notice concerning monthly or yearly payment installments.

  2. Shipping Policy: During the check out process, we ask for your shipping address for numerous reasons. Within the first 60 days of your sponsorship, we will send you a package detailing our policy and terms, and in the event they were to be updated or extended, we will mail you a new copy. Additionally, we will send you information regarding the child you are sponsoring which will include photos, academic report and letters they may want to send to you thanking you for your sponsorship. Other information that may be shipped to you include some of the following: 

  • Pamphlets with information about our work or our activities

  • Information for promotional events such as fundraisers, galas, etc.

  • Our newsletters and publications

  • To respond to your questions and provide related services;

  • To provide you with information about other events, products and services we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or attended, provided you have not opted-out of receiving that information;

  • Surveys or questionnaires to measure or understand the effectiveness of our program and advertising we serve to you and others.

We ask that you provide an accurate shipping address and if at anytime you may need to change it, notify us promptly to administer that change for you as some of the information that will be mailed are sensitive material.
